Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

Delivery Delays
While we work with trusted courier partners, unexpected delays due to weather, holidays, or logistics issues may occasionally occur.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
To request a return or exchange, please contact us with:

- Clear photos/videos of the issue
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used hijabs
- Accessories
- Sale or discounted items
Exchange Policy
If your return is approved, we will offer:
- A replacement product (subject to availability), or
- Store credit / refund as applicable
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
